How do I order your products?



To order from clayopeutics.com, you need to see a 2 or 3 letter country code of where you are located. If you cannot see the code you need to change your location. What you need to do is just click on "Change Country" and select the code. The site will then refresh and you will be on the website where you are located. You will then be able to order from the website.


Browsing our products on the online store, add the chosen products to your cart and if you think you are finished you can check out securely using the payment method that you like. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal (currently not available in Turkey).


 

How can I know my order is processed?


We will e-mail you to confirm that your order has been placed and processed through order@clayopeutics.com.



Can I change or cancel my order?


Absolutely, yes. Just reply to your order confirmation message explaining your request concisely.


If your purchases have already been dispatched, we will have to charge you for your order. However, we will refund you the amount in full when the items are returned to Clayopeutics.



How do I take the advantage of a discount code?


Discount codes are included into your payment before your order is placed. Please click to activate your discount code when you see the message in your shopping cart. Now, your discount will read "processed.



Do you accept returns?


Yes, of course. We accept unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the invoice for 100 % customer satisfaction. Please contact our customer service before you return your products. Please remember to include a copy of your invoice when you send the products through a postal service to Clayopeutics.



May I return discounted products?


If a discounted product is kept sealed in its package, Clayopeutics will refund your money within the 30-day time limit. Unfortunately, there is no possible way to provide the discount on the current products or out of stock products. However, we let you exchange your discounted item for something higher value by paying the difference.



How should I reach you for further inquiries?


You may send us an e-mail for any information you like. Our online store is open 24 hours worldwide and currently, we are able to respond to your inquiries only through e-mail.



Do you support any NGOs or have any social responsibility project?


Clayopeutics supports NGOs. We accept requests from local NGOs to review and evaluate whether they match our missions.



Do you have special packages for businesses?


Clayopeutics supports you for your holiday and business occasions with its gift solutions.



Do you test your products on animals?


No, Clayopeutics never tests any of its products or ingredients on animals.



Are your products real natural?


All Clayopeutics products are natural. Nothing added or taken out. Clayopeutics does not use manmade chemicals.



Can I have my gift wrapped?


You won’t have to be umming and ahhing about how to make your gifts look pretty. We put a smile on your face by wrapping up your gifts. If you wish we also insert thank you notes or personal messages for the gifts that we wrap for you.
