You can purchase any Clayopeutics products through this website as well as many other websites. It’s so simple; chose your product, add it to the cart and use whatever payment method you wish. All major credit cards and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal (currently not available in some countries) are acceptable.
As of now, Clayopeutics warehouses are in Turkey, the Netherlands, and UAE. If you send your orders from these countries, we process your delivery within two days. Orders from outside of those countries may take seven days to process, and International Standard Shipping is the only option available for those deliveries. International customers are responsible for paying the applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees, if any. Unfortunately, we cannot advise the amount of such fees.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed or canceled by the following business day.
We will let you know your order has been placed through an e-mail message from firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your order has been processed.
Return and exchange policy

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a return and/or exchange. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange:
Your item must be purchased directly from this site or other online sites
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice;
Please, fill out the return and exchange form inside the package.
If you want to cancel your order or exchange your product for another item, please reply to your original order confirmation message from email@example.com explaining your request.
If your items have not yet been dispatched; you will not be charged for your order and you will be refunded in full within a certain amount of days.
If your items have been dispatched; once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the items are damaged
If you e-mail email@example.com to let us know your package was damaged in transit, we will replace the items at no charge to you after having the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package. Please keep the original box.
